Kundalini Yoga is a blend of postures, pranayamic breathing techniques, meditation, and changing of mantras, which aim to awaken the energy at the base of the spine, It is designed to enhance consciousness and physical vitality. When this energy moves freely the nervous system is strengthened and emotions become balanced, leading to a sense of harmony. During this 90 minute workshop we will explore a monthly theme based on the unique astrological energies and discuss the current astrology events taking place at that time.
